We happily accept returns of on- line purchases for full priced items within 7 days of receiving your order, either for exchange, store credit or refund . All items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached. Please note all footwear and eyewear must have original, undamaged boxes with no sole markings or scratches. Earrings cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless faulty.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food,coffee beans, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Domestic Delivery (Australia)
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $150. For all orders under $150, a shipping fee of $10 will be charged.
Any orders under $150 of fragile items that require extra packaging will be charged $20.
All orders not containing perfume will be sent using Australia Post eParcel network. Perfume orders will be sent by road only.
