This is an awesome example from an outstanding region. The Kochere district is a few kilometres away from the legendary town of Yirgacheffe, which is known for some of the best coffees you can get. Grown under semi-forested shade canopy - an outstanding sustainable process in a region which is almost by default organic. Big, vibrant, fragrant fruit notes hit you first off, with strawberry and cocoa nib aromas in a balanced medium body make this one not to miss.
