Produced in the highland plateau on Onang Ganjang by small holding farmers, Blue Bianca utilizes a processing technique unique to Sumatra. This many stepped process is emblematic of the care that is being taken by the young processors in the region. A truly unique coffee, it has a heavy body with deep herbal notes finishing with very sweet citrus tones. Blue Bianca is bursting with character and has set a standard for top end Indonesian coffee.
